Rather clunky app, with strict limits on size of files to upload, comments on claims are barely understandable, claims are not updated in due time (refunds sometimes get processed even before showing in the app).

A huge refactoring must be done
Working for the data industry for a long time, it’s the worst app I have seen. The OTP is not working if you create an account from the app. The dashboards are not working properly. The ergonomie is very low. Please refactor the app. It becomes urgent
