This application is built using the BlackBerry® Dynamics™ SDK.
BlackBerry® Dynamics™ SDK provides the foundation for secure enterprise mobility by offering an advanced, mature and tested container for mobile apps designed to help eliminate the risk of data leakage by delivering proven security at the app level.
With the MyITOps for BlackBerry app you can:
- Visualize business service health, at a glance via Sunburst, Cards and ServiceTree widgets
- Create your own, branded custom mobile friendly dashboards
- Subscribe to push notifications for instant visibility of IT alerts and incidents
- See the status, severity and business impact of alerts, clustered into correlation scenarios and drill down to root cause
- Take actions: assign, accept and close alerts and incidents
- Work collaboratively in Service Outage Rooms to resolve issues - leveraging ChatOps with seamless integration for Microsoft Teams and Slack
- Keep communications in sync with your ITSM tooling throughout the incident/alert lifecycle
