The game is bad

I played all of the games and was so hyped about this one but honestly I feel extremely disappointed.
I started the game and everything was fine, except that you have ads that interrupt the game.
Then when I started playing I couldn’t move my head around, I could only walk which made it uncomfortable to play ( I play on iOS).
The dialogue where Ruby and Esther talked to each other didn’t appear and there were only subtitles at the bottom, I’m pretty sure it was voiced but nothing could be heard.
I couldn’t even end the chase with Mr. Hopps because the opening wouldn’t let me pass trough (I saw other videos and Ruby passed trough the opening so I think it may be a problem with iOS) I don’t know if this is just me being desensitised to horror games but the jumpscare didn’t even make me blink, maybe I expected it idk.
Now correct me if I’m wrong but I didn’t see a trigger warning for flashing lights which could be dangerous to people who are photo sensitive or have epilepsy.
For this part this is just my opinion but I think that the content and graphics of the game don’t fit with the previous games.
The 3D concept seems interesting but it just makes the game look like a draft and mediocre.
Some things look too detailed (the gems) while some look too pixelated (like the dirty stuff that drips on the walls or the furniture) overall it’s an imbalance of things.
One thing that bothered me the most is the skeleton like purple monsters??
Where do these come from?
It just doesn’t make sense since these weren’t introduced before and they don’t fit the theme of the game AT ALL, in fact the design is very different from the original characters in the game, it makes the game look like some coding of a combat game were put by mistake.
I think that I’ll stick playing to the old games, it’s sad because this game could have been so much better.
