The goal of this app is to log and track your progression on theMetallicdpas PPL workout. It will layout the workout programme for you and also you your performance. You and also add photos and take other measurements.

This program is a six-day or three-day per week weight lifting routine designed for beginners based on the push/pull/legs (PPL) principle.
