RHYMING DICTIONARY
Gone are the days of opening a browser and checking rhymezone to find that perfect rhyme. Lyrcs contains a built in offline rhyme dictionary so results are shown to you in an instant.

INSTANT RHYMES
As you type, rhymes appear instantly for the word closest to your selection.

NEAR RHYMES
If you pronounce a word to sound like it rhymes with another word, use near rhymes to make them the same color.

ANNOTATIONS
Add annotations for marking sections, specifying chords, remembering ideas or leaving comments.

METADATA
Save metadata like title, key, tempo, collaborators etc.

Pricing is crazy

Very good idea nearly perfect but… Pricing is just crazy regarding to what it does. Who can pay that for that. And why a subscription ? I hate subscription, and here it has no justification for that.

Hi EugèneJérôme, thank you for taking the time to leave a review with kind words around how good the idea of Lyrcs is; it's taken many years of hard work to get to where it is today 🥹

I hear your concern around the choice for the subscription model for Lyrcs and I hope the following addresses some of it. Given you're in France a yearly subscription would cost you 5 euro a month, an equivalent to a good coffee. That 5 euro goes towards building new features, fixing bugs and responding to customer support. It's understandable to think that once Lyrcs is built, no more development is needed but unfortunately this isn't the case. For example, with every major macOS or iOS update, something in Lyrcs has broken (just recently iOS 18.1 removed the ability to edit files). Developers like myself need to continually invest our time and money into fixing these things, otherwise you're left with a broken app and noone wins.
