Inflow is designed by people with ADHD, for people with ADHD. We’re not a glorified Pomodoro timer or calendar. We’re a science-based digital program, here to help you manage your ADHD/ADD.

The subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can go to your iTunes Account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew. Your iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed. If you subscribe before your trial ends, the rest of your trial period will be forfeited as soon as your purchase is confirmed.

Thank you inflow

I am new user of inflow app, it has been great find for me in the right time. I can notice improvement in my daily life , better focusing, organization and time management. Community / coaches live support gives a human dimension to the experience.
I am already subscribed for one full year after one week trial.
Inflow is now my daily tool to combat adhd negative sides.

Very expansive app, more than a therapist with low contenu.

We also host daily live events which are recorded and available for all our members to rewatch.
