Humanforce Work is our newly enhanced mobile experience, covering all your manager and employee roster and shift-driven needs.
Work enables employees (end users) to:
- See their schedule including rosters, blackouts periods, leave and public holidays
- Clock in and out, view their timesheets and payslips
- Manage leave and availability
- Bid on and accept Shift Offers
- View and manage Notifications
- View Noticeboards
- Update personal employment details
Work enables employers (managers and admins) to:
- Authorise timesheets
- Approve leave
- Manage attendance
- Offer shifts
- Share important notifications
In addition to the smart new features above, Humanforce Work provides enhanced performance, a beautifully redesigned user interface (UI), improved roster management and the ultimate place to stay on top of your work schedule. Before using Humanforce Work, check with the Humanforce Administrator at your company whether this is the app they prefer you to use.

- We've introduced a new, improved Schedule view, with updates to shifts including the addition of confirmation status and non-attended flags for better visibility.
- Shift offers and bids can now include a Consent Message, allowing roster managers to gather employee consent for newly added or modified shifts.
- We've also made improvements to clocking, leave approvals, and shift bidding, along with fixing issues related to chat and leave balances
