Inexcusable
L’app iOS (iPhone 12 Pro et iPad Air2) ne fonctionne pas, même après réinstallation.
Le processus de connection en directe au robot se fait mais demande en boucle une connexion au wifi local, mais rien n’y fait: on a beau switcher du robot au wifi l’app continue de demander de se connecter. Du coup impossible d’utiliser le Stormtrooper.
De plus aucune réponse du support Ubtech au bout de 48h, c’est hyper décevant, surtout pour une application qui a trois ans et qui a été apparement simplifiée! Pitié, redonnez-nous accès à l’ancienne si elle fonctionne !

J’ai l’impression que ça fais très longtemps qu’il y a un problème, il serais peut être temps de le régler ?
À priori l’ancienne version était bien, pourquoi ne pas y revenir ?
J’avoue que j’ai un peux la rage d’avoir acheter ce robot pour au final ne pas pouvoir m’en servir…
