I am actually so disappointed from the company. I decided to rent a car with them for one month and payed for it in advance like for many car rental company. I booked a Kia Picanto. So the day of the delivery which was supposed to be 10am, no signal and no car. I tried to call them 3 times no one was able to tell me where was the car. I only received a call from them 2h30 later after the due time, that the car had a breakdown and couldn’t be given to me, which is understandable and they told me that they will give an other car instead for 2/3pm the same day. So I waited and still no car, I then received another call from them telling me that they assure me that the car will be delivered at 7:30pm. It is currently 8:48pm and I still have no car, the day is literally over and lost the whole day but I actually already paid for the day. No one was able to propose me a convenient solution the entire day and didn’t care at all about my situation.
I’m actually waiting a lot from the company.
I do wish for you to not have the same experience than me and to have a better one if you rent with them, but I had to share my situation so to get an honest review.
