enJogo BBFS is a football/soccer training app from the house of Bhaichung Bhutia Football Schools, India’s largest football academy. It is based on the popular BBFS methodology that has helped thousands of young players to improve their football skills, while guiding hundreds of them to play national and international level football.
Who is the app for?
All people in the age category 5-50 years who are looking to improve their soccer skills and/or gain physical fitness using a football will find the app immensely useful. The workouts are easy to understand, require minimum inexpensive equipment and can even be done at home with a football.
The Curriculum
The curriculum has been put together with the combined experience of hundreds of certified BBFS coaches across the country. Most of the drills are ‘with-the-ball’ so that the user can continue to improve his or her football skills and have fun even while doing workouts. The entire curriculum is personalized based on age and skill level. Focuses mainly on technical and physical aspects of the game, such as basic motor skills, speed, ball mastery, dribbling, and more.
