Customer service was so great, i did a mistake and they instant answered to me ! It was an human and no’t a bot which is rare with this kind of applications, his english was good and he helped me sooo fast, order was perfect, deliveryman was cool, everything was really good !

Aucune utilité si vous n’avez pas un numéro grec car vous ne pouvez pas valider votre numéro. Et le services d’aide qui ne vous donne pas le codes de vérification donc inutile pour manger ...
Le service réclamation est abominable. Écris résolu et puis rien n’a été résolu. Pour un pays qui accueille des étrangers doit être mieux que ça . Notamment en résolution des litiges que le restaurant a manqué de donner un bon service et mal parlé.
It really would be helpful if all dishes had photos and if descriptions in English were more accurate and not machine translated (they could at least be edited once machine translated)

Use this app every time I come to Greece and never had any problems. Highly recommended!
They take the money first THEN wait for the restaurant confirmation. So if the restaurant doesn't have a dish, efood have your money and you get nothing. They tell you that they would call you or tried to, but that's a lie. They should wait for the restaurant acknowledgement before taking the money. I now have several opened tickets with PayPal...Last one being because I received half of my order!
Very useful for sending your orders when you cannot speak Greek properly. Large choice of restaurants and coffees and good customer service in any case of troubles.

Seems a great app, however, it is impossible to find how to switch to English version, if there is one... I cannot order through until I learn how to read Greek. It would be great to put a clear sign for language choice in the navigation menu.:(
After more than 10 years using the application, suddenly its not working. The customer service still didnt resolve the issue. And bo solution.
