Nice idea, but poor results
Tried it with the very basic drum part of Lee Dorsey, Get Out of My Life and the classic Funky Drummer. The results are not usable in any way. The model needs to be trained with a lot more drummers sessions materials. I have purchased your other apps and the results are quite usable. 👍
Feature requested:
- It would be nice to have a way to compare/mix the original audio vs the result.
- Also, a MIDI out (compatible with Ableton Link) would be really useful to use/test the result with other apps or hardware MIDI devices on the fly.
- I have tried to open an audio loop from GoodReader to create a new transcribed MIDI file and you app is not available with the iOS "Share" feature.
- A "Transcribe in batch" would be awesome: for example, if the user put songs/loops/samples in an standard Zip archive and open the document in Drums Transcriber, the app ask if the user wants to transcribe all the audio files found in the archive and return the results in an newly created Zip archive with the MIDI results only or the original audio + the new MIDI files (this one could be a killer feature on your other apps too!).
