Track your day counts in various locations for tax (including statutory residency, domicile monitoring, tax filing obligations), homestead, nexus, exemption and other compliance purposes. Track residency and tax day counts by Country, State, Territory, Province and/or City. The macOS App can be used by itself or together with the iOS (iPhone) version of the App.

Track day counts for employer-employee income tax withholding and non-resident income tax purposes. States impose non-resident income tax and employer income tax withholding based on days worked in-state (ranging from "first day" in state to 30-60 days in a calendar year) notwithstanding that you are not a resident or domiciliary.

Location generally recorded throughout the day using the highest level of accuracy supported by your device (consistent with efficient battery usage). Location on a Mac/Computer is generally determined using WifI (by contrast, if the App is installed on your iPhone, location is determined using a combination of GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi hotspots and cell tower locations) and then recorded. Please note that the continuous tracking may have a minor impact on battery life and data usage since location is continuously recorded and saved in the cloud. We have taken steps to design the applicable location algorithms to minimize battery use.

Search location day counts by dates. Email and/or download (in pdf or CSV/excel format) detailed logs containing all recorded locations showing your location throughout each day in the selected range or all days. Use for audit and other purposes.

Manually enter missing dates for time periods before you activated the app for more complete analysis.

Jurisdictions have become increasingly aggressive in asserting residency status. The burden of proof is generally on you to establish how many days you spent inside and outside the jurisdiction. Use this app to help carry your burden of proof and evidence what your day count is. With states and cities increasing their tax rates to all time highs, the stakes have never been higher.

macOS version of the App has been designed specifically for enterprise users whose employees use a Mac and prefer to install the App on their work computer, however, the macOS version of the App can be used by all users.

– Sixty (60) day free trial provided. At the end of the sixty (60) day free trial period, you will be given the opportunity to subscribe to the Domicile365monthly subscription on a monthly basis to continue using the features of the app, which include daily tracking and saving of your location throughout the day, setting and receiving Country, State, Province, Possession and/or City alerts by email and/or local notifications and access to tracking logs to establish your precise recorded locations.

• 60 day free trial period; monthly subscription thereafter.
• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to the App, where applicable.
