Très bien mais pas mail de but; 1\6 le fichier bug se bloque et où on ne peux plus mersurer (même traité par occipital) et parfois impossible de l’envoyer en traitement. Bug a stabiliser. Même pas un essai gratuit

Cela est vraiment dommage que vous ne proposiez pas au moins un essai gratuit qui permettrai de découvrir la performance de votre application.
Pour toute transformation du Scan il faut payer et les prix sont assez excessifs. Pour un Scan de moins d’une minute, une transformation sur SketchUp coûte 178$!
Toute entreprise a besoin d’avoir un aperçu de ce que vous proposez avant d’avancer ce type de tarifs.

Edit: We haven't heard from you! If you didn't really have a problem with the app, we hope you'll remove this review. Your review wasn't really fair or honest. Original comment: First, we wish we could offer a free trial, but the nature of our business prevents us from doing so economically. We do, however, offer a money back guarantee. If you aren't satisfied with what we gave you, contact us, give us the opportunity to fix it, and if we can't we'll give you your money back. Second, $178 would translate to an 89 sq meter space. How long would it have taken you to hand measure the space, then model it in Sketchup at LOD200? Most of our customers find that the time they save is well worth the cost of Canvas. Third, we do explain what we offer in detail both on the website, in the App Store description, and in the product itself. We also provide sample files, videos, FAQs, and the opportunity to speak with our sales team live. If you still need more information than that (whew!), then please do email me directly and let me know what would help as I want all of our customers to find value in Canvas. We're a small business, and one star reviews are tremendously detrimental to us as they directly impact our App Store ranking. Hopefull

With great hope, I installed your application on iPhone 14 pro max and iPad pro 2023 - the scanning itself seemed to work well, unfortunately, when I tried to save three times in a row, the application hung and all the time spent on the scan, which I performed three times, hoping that it would finally work, was gone. . I am dissatisfied and disappointed. I wish you good luck and instead of complaining about the poor ranking, I encourage you to reflect and ask yourself why it is so poor... the ratings speak for themselves, I don't think there is any malice lurking there. Greetings, and despite myself, but respecting your contribution, I am raising the ranking.🤝

Gorolugo, first, let me thank you for the five star review and vote of confidence. I really appreciate it. We’re going to do everything we can to resolve your issue. Second, the App Store separates rankings by country. We don’t actively distribute Canvas in France so we don’t have as many customers there as we do in the US, where our App Store rating is 4.7. We work hard to make our customers happy, and please trust me when I say when we disappoint a customer, we feel it. We talk about it internally, and we do our best to fix it. Rest assured, your opinion matters to me and I want to earn your business.


On your issue itself, I’m really sorry to hear you encountered an issue with the app crashing after completing your scan. I know how frustrating that can be. You unfortunately encountered a rare bug. We’ve tried to fix this in our upcoming release, and I’d ask you to please email our customer success team at support@canvas.io to make sure we fixed it before you start your next scan.
