A journey towards continuous growth with Allie's holistic approach of yoga

Yoga has been part of my life for 8 years before I discovered Allie's approach and it has taken on a much greater and deeper dimension since that day.
It happened at the early begining of 2023, under very specials circumstances, thanks to a random encounter somewhere in Mexico during a one year road trip with my family.
After a shared lesson, I decided to try the BMS approach and it has really given a new impetus to my practice.
To try it was to adopt it …
Back In France, I decided to join the BMS Studio to go further and deeper in this holistic yoga's path.
I could not imagine the rich, structured, inspiring, diversified and deep teachings I would find !
Every day, I feel inspired and guided on my way, both on and off the mat (and this is not a hollow expression), in my search for flexibility, on mental, emotional and physical plans, but also alignment, inner freedom, harmony in my relationships, greater comprehension of my true being and ...joy in my everyday life !
I can follow the method at my own pace, choose from a wide range of practice, join my mat at the best moment of the day, learn more and more about the tradition of yoga, enlarge my knowledges …
I can do all this with the feeling to be guided and supported, but not constrained, and always respected in my own singularity.
This is the incredible power of Allie's team and studio ! Whatever your are seeking for with yoga, be sure you will find the appropriate ressources there...far beyond what you can imagine !
