ARES is a tool thought and created to guide you in a 4 weeks routine specially focused on growing your chest - along with the triceps and shoulders - but also containing exercises for your biceps, back and legs!

ARES will not simply give you a bunch of workouts to be followed a month. It will explain to you what you are doing and why you are doing each one of the exercises and techniques. To grow your muscles, you need to improve your mindset during your workouts, finding ways to trick your muscles and take out the maximum of it.

ARES has 4 routines interconnected, each one responsible for a specific goal inside the whole program. You start with Conditioning - a preparation to the intense routines that are to come - then goes to Metabolic - heavy workouts that, even with lower weight values, will require a lot from your body and mind -, Intense - workouts with higher weight and as consequence lower reps and higher rest time which will demand extreme control and technique to keep the good exercises execution - cooling down with Regenerative - workouts focused on regenerating the damage caused by the previous routines. Don’t be mistaken, they will be probably harder than they look.
