For your safety, you have access to an SOS button on the app while you are on a ride. When activated, Apt Rides will immediately be informed and have access to your live location and trip details.

Once a ride is completed you can rate your driver, providing important feedback to Apt Rides. You can also show your driver your appreciation for their service by adding a tip directly from the app.
