Customer care agents need to learn better manners and undergo effective training
Rating the service provider. Have yet to try the application.
Call center people should stay at home or learn the minimum requirements of courtesy and professionalism.
One time I was busy and the agent continued talking endlessly like a parrot no matter how busy i was or how politely I tried to let her know that! Another extremely impolite agent/harasser literally hung up on me!!!!
The other thing is that your clients are not notified when your agreement with x or y store is discontinued, causing horrid embarrassment at the store.
Please pay more regards on the choice and training of your call center people and be transparent about which stores have or have no Xclusive agreement.
Other than that it is an excellent option and saver.
Great Application
I’ve been a member for over 10 years and will continue as the variety of vendors afford are very good . Hope u can expand your services to other sectors , like doctors clinics & hospitals . Also big chain supermarkets

Calling at wrong time
I got a call from u yesterday, offering a certain offer and I kept replying that I’m at work and busy and can’t listen to the offer right now and she kept repeating the offer, till I told her that I have to hang up, thinking that she would choose another time to call again, but she called again instantly, which is hideous actually and reflects knowing nothing about customer services, and the result was that I’d like to cancel my subscription to never receive such call again !!!!
