I subscribed for a full year but they haven’t give me the subscribed content

I registered using an email then I paid for a full year using my app store id, but my profile still states that I am in the free period and it will end in 7 days.

I emailed them about the issue and sent a screenshot from the apple payment receipt and email but they're not replying me.
Now I am left with No money and No content!

Be aware their app is buggy, they take your money snd no refunds and no content.

Please fix this asap
