Very frustrating and not user friendly
It does not function , nor provide instructions to basic issues , such as connecting printer to wireless WiFi.
The virtual support is useless and none existent. I m really very annoyed and disappointed by this application. Shocked this is HP smart service
Most useless printing app
I haven't seen an app for other printer brands or third party apps that don't have the options to print in grayscale or double-sided printing at least!! And hp doesn't care whenever anyone inquires about it for the last few years the hp support staff online just tell them to go download a third-party app with those options!! Step up your game to the bare minimum hp!
Great, I Recommend It!
It work without any problems, and is simple to use, when I opened the app, only took me 2 minutes to print! Perfect!
