Highly recommended

I highly recommend this app for all medical students across Egypt.
Just get the book that you study cardiology from, while studying the valvular lesions, keep the app open on your iPhone or iPad beside you, when you get to the part where it talks about the auscultatory findings start listening as you read and correlate between what you read and what you hear.
Some features are missing from aortic stenosis for instance that's why reading while listening is important because the app doesn't cover all variants and spuds but it's an extreme help in figuring out what that cardiology book you're studying from is talking about.
