الخدمة جيدة بس التطبيق سيء لا يقبل التحديث مع ايفون 6 بلس حتى اليوم لم يتم اصلاح المشكلة والتطبيق لا يقبل التحديث على ايفون 6 بلس

I requested a plumbing service a couple of days ago.
1- Before the plumber arrives, we agreed on a price.
2- He opened up my washing machine and couldn’t provide the spare part needed nor close it back to how it was.
3- I went everywhere looking for the part, and because we agreed, I called HIM to put it in his place and FIX it.
4- He asked for more money and I agreed IF he fixes it 100%.
Conclusion,
I provided the part. He didn’t even know how to put it back in its place. Took him 20 mins and before I try it, he urged to leave because he had another customer. He didn't allow me to test it before he leaves! Didn’t even understand the mechanism of washing machines! Took my money and don’t fix a damn thing.
Customer service?
I sent them pictures and a video and explained everything.
Zero service.
