Elezaby 12+

It’s good and make order so easier but button of ‘take a photo of perception’ is not clear. I have to contact with support to know about it.
As well, I faced an issue while register cause OTP was not working after 12 AM… overall I’m glade with this experience and surprised with fast replying from support 🌸

They mention the order will be delivered within 2 hours, which is quite a long time for a pharmacy. Yet the actual delivery takes over 4 hours, causing delays and appearing unprofessional.

The app lists products that, after checkout, someone calls to inform me they are unavailable!!!!

In addition to the issues I’ve faced with the app, I would like to highlight a serious concern: the doctor prescribes expensive medications that are covered by insurance, but the pharmacy replaces the expensive treatment with cheaper alternatives without my knowledge. This practice amounts to blatant theft, as I (or my insurance) am charged for the more expensive medication while I receive a cheaper one.

Additionally, the medication box was open, and it contained only one strip instead of two, which is outright fraud and theft.

Furthermore, I was transferred to customer service and kept on hold for half an hour without any resolution, just being left waiting. This situation is unacceptable and feels like clear theft.

At first I was excited to see a pharmacy in Beni suef that has a mobile app that I can use to view available drugs & place an order through but not long after that I found that at least 95% of the products are marked as out of stock also ALL orders are delivered after 2 hours delay & there’s no way to communicate with the branch directly if the order was delayed or wrong products were sent.. thank you Elezaby for such horrible experience may be someday you will respect your customers & provide a much better service.
