Description
BuilderGo is a mobile app which is designed for Builders to connect with Vendors through real-time information. Builders which work with vendors using NEWSTAR enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is eligible to use BuilderGo. To get started login to your Builder Portal and click the link at the bottom of the page.
BuilderGo provides the following functionality:
• One account to connect a Builder to all the constellation vendors that they work with regardless of which ERP that builder uses
• View lists of daily, weekly and overdue schedule tasks
• View task details including notes, photos, related purchase orders and a Google map referencing the lot location
• View purchase orders and Warranty Tasks details with date approved
• View and download documents to your device
• Search for tasks and purchase orders
• Allows Builders to start and complete task

Version 2025.3.0
The crafts status color on the WO Item crafts calendar in NEWSTAR Web will green when a user completes it in BGo.
Backcharge functionality is now available in BGo.
Inconsistent view of WO search page and Form Search page on Windows devices is now fixed.
Room Deficiency checklist question will be displayed when performing a Warranty walkthrough.
The default walkthrough room order will now match to the model room sequencing set on NEWSTAR Enterprise.
User will now be able to view form during the walkthrough process.
Warranty Form email Template naming convention is updated to “[Form Code] + Warranty Form" for Warranty forms and “[Warranty Type Code] + Warranty Form" for walkthroughs.
Warranty form email duplication issue is now resolved.
Task details documents will now be displayed in tile format with the full name of document visible on screen.
The photos attached during the walkthrough will now be saved under the BuilderGo Album on Users phone gallery.
When adding deficiency notes the app will not automatically backspaces after a word followed by a space.
