مشكلة في الشحن

مرحبا
لدي مشكلة في الشحن من شهر اكتوبر ٢.٢٣. اشحن يخصم من الرصيد ولا يصلني مشتريات .لقد تواصلت مع قسم المساعدة ولم يستطيعو حل المشكلة .واخبرتهم انه يوجد مشكلة بالشحن في دولة سويسرا لاني جربت الشحن من عدة حسابات وبعدة طرق دفع (ابل ستور .غوغل بلاي،فيزا).اشحن منذ ثلاث سنوات بدون مشاكل ولدي مستوى واحد في رويال وقد خسرته بسبب عدم حلكم للمشكلة . من يعوض عليي خسارتي؟ لست مسؤولة عن عدم الشحن طوال ٣ شهور احاول ولا تتم العملية .قد ارسلت فواتير بذلك الى قسم المساعدة .
ارجو منكم ان تقدروا مشاعري وتساعدوني في حل المشكلة شكرا
