Walk, Run or Cycle - whichever exercise and workout you prefer to get fit and lose weight, Walk With You will be your activity companion. Want to keep walking and stay hydrated? Use our app to log your water intake. We work with businesses to run team competitions and multi-activity challenges that are fun, engaging and rewarding! Healthy competition can keep the flame of fitness going longer, until it becomes a habit. In the meantime, you can create your own exercise accountability leaderboard directly from within the app and add your friends, family or colleagues to support you in your fitness journey.

All very seamless, we integrate with Apple Health (if you permit us) and other activity trackers you may use to get your daily step count. Walk With You also recommends smart step goals based on your walk history - so that goals are realistic and tailored for you!

Please note, the app is not suited for iPads and iPods, but otherwise is expected to work with all iPhones.
