Vianova Phone 4+

Vianova Phone is the application dedicated to Vianova Mobile and Centrex customers that allows you to make and receive calls even when mobile coverage is unstable or unavailable, using either the WiFi network or your SIM’s data connection.

Log in with your Vianova User and discover all its features:

WiFi Call
Thanks to the WiFi Call service you can call and answer even when the mobile network is not available.
All you need is a WiFi connection (of your office, home or hotel), even when you are abroad.

VIP Call
With the exclusive VIP Call service you can forward incoming calls on your mobile phone to a colleague or a secretary. So they can answer for you and transfer only the calls you want.

Usage
With Vianova Phone you can monitor the usage of your Vianova Mobile number.

Vianova Centrex
With Vianova Phone you can transform your smartphone into a office cordless phone: you have the extensions phone book of your switchboard at your fingertips and you can make and receive calls from your switchboard even when you are away from your desk.

Convergence
Manage your Mobile number and your Centrex extension with a single application.
Choose which incoming calls to receive on Vianova Phone and select the desired Caller ID (fixed or mobile number) for outgoing calls.

Multiline
Vianova Phone allows you to manage multiple simultaneous calls, which you can swap, transfer or merge into a conference.


IMPORTANT: To use the Vianova Phone it is necessary a Vianova User associated with a Vianova Mobile telephone number or with a Centrex extension.
