Doesn‘t work

When I want to watch something and click on the movie, even though I am already signed in and have a monthly basic subscription, there comes the message that I have to sign up first. I tried that around 10-15 times and even switched on the international roaming. It didn’t work. Even after deleting and reinstalling it didn’t work. That’s very annoying. I‘m paying for nothing…
