Got 20 minutes and a pair of dumbbells? You’re set. More time or gear? We’ve got options for that too. Build consistency and confidence with support from expert coaches and a worldwide community.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

DAILY WORKOUTS - Options vary based on the equipment found in each workout: Program A (bodyweight/dumbbell), Program B (barbell), Program C (access to more - such as sandbag, bike, rower) and SHIFT - the simplified version and a great place to start for those new to this style of training, those returning from illness/injury, for pregnant/postpartum mamas, seniors, and even kids.

60 + EXTRA PROGRAMS - Available if you want to focus on developing a specific skill, type of training, or simply for additional variety on a weekly basis. Options include Strength programs, Sandbag workouts, Olympic lifting sessions, Bodybuilding sessions, Military Test Prep training, Endurance, Rowing, 5k and Half Marathon training, No Equipment workouts, and skill development such as Pull Up programs, Push Up programs and so much more.

COACHING GUIDANCE - Each daily workout and program has their own demo video, coaches’ notes and movement customizations to help you make the program work for your time, equipment or ability.

TOOLS TO TRACK YOUR PROGRESS - Use your personal logbook to track your progress and start collecting badges in your Trophy Case because who says building consistency can’t also be FUN?

NUTRITION RESOURCES - Get the tools and support you need to build simple, sustainable nutrition habits. You'll have ongoing access to our Nutrition Coaches and team, plus:
The option to purchase a 30-day self-guided nutrition program (available at an additional cost)
A comprehensive nutrition blog packed with education, tips, and video resources
A growing collection of weekly recipes
Opportunities to join nutrition challenges and focus groups throughout the year, supported by the SP Community

MAINTENANCE & RECOVERY - Easy to follow yoga flow videos that target specific needs and areas of the body, ranging from 5-25 minutes in length that you can do anytime you want to mobilize, stretch or refresh mentally and physically.
