Our primary goal at SNB is to guarantee customer satisfaction while using our Digital channels by providing the best customer experience through developing new exciting features in our application. This update includes:

We introduce the following services since your requests matter to us:
1. Increasing the number of characters in add beneficiary’s short name field to enable you to write the full beneficiary’s name.
2. Adding new management options in SNB Mobile which will allow the user to enable or disable the login tone and app gestures from settings.

Additionally, we provide the following services to enhance your experience:
1. The user’s theme will now be displayed based on the customer’s segment.
2. Introducing general enhancements on SADAD’s experience.
3. Adding a new insurance provider under the insurance list on SNB mobile.
