A new look, a new name and a new icon.

New features:
For any shopping list, you can add the quantity of a item if you need more than 1… it can be different for each list. You can also add a note to that item for a shopping list. Long press to add these details when in Shopping List mode.
If you have prices captured, the total cost will be updated to reflect the quantity.
The report has also been updated.

New theme color picker … any color you like.

Updated to support dynamic font sizes … forgot your glasses, just increase the font size!
