APP technically not mature

The APP has several shortfalls like the non-acceptance of foreign ID-Numbers (not telling you that you can also skip this point), feedback function doesn’t work (APP crashes right away, particularly if you want to add pictures), customer service announcements only in Spanish (but finally helpful), damages other than proposed ones cannot be reported, etc.

Still lots of development work to do!

Impossible

Impossible for foreign people, the app asks a ID number when you want to register but nothing works. Nobody speaks English on the phone.. useless and bad service
