AppStops is an app and website blocker. By using Screen Time features, AppStops blocks app usage according to the rules you configure. Designed from the ground up for iPhone and iPad, it allows you to create and edit rules easily with simple taps and swipes. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions, so you can use it without any additional costs.

▼ Rules you can set for blocking:
• Scheduled start/end times (e.g., 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
• Daily or weekly usage limits

When a blocker is active, trying to open a specified app or website will display the blocker screen instead, preventing the blocked app or website interactions.

▼ If You Need to Urgently Disable App Blocking
By uninstalling the AppStops app, you can regain access to blocked apps and websites. If uninstalling does not disable the block (a rare occurrence due to OS issues), please reinstall the AppStops app and go to Settings App > Screen Time > APPS WITH SCREEN TIME ACCESS, then toggle off the switch for AppStops.
