Does not work

I paid 5 bucks to have the BFG offline, then could not listen to it. So I bought it again for 5 bucks to listen to it online. Nothing. It also says I downloaded the audiobook. Where to? UX is crap. And like this a rip off. My last hope is that I just don‘t understand the app…
