Procurant Task offers a digital task and food safety management system that:

• Temperature Measurement to ensure HACCP Compliance
• Unique schedule capabilities for any checklist including checklist requiring on-demand availability
• Ability to digitally track Cook and Cool process by individual food item
• Records and stores all task observations within the Procurant cloud for anytime access.
• Consistent & complete reporting available with unique subscriptions
• Provides Corrective action alerts
• Photo/Video/Audio Capture with notes for accurate recordkeeping
• Auto-Advance checklist capabilities for a more rapid workflow

The Procurant Task application provides reliable and secure network connectivity to the Procurant Task server from any Apple Mobile Device. The Procurant Task application is free to download and install, but it requires a valid Procurant Task account.
