The Proactively mobile app helps you:

- Quickly and easily report health, safety, environmental and security issues, wherever you are. Add photos to describe what you have seen. Look out for good things as well as those that need to be improved.
- Issues are sent to your organisation's cloud based system so nothing gets forgotten
- Find out when the problem is fixed using the built in newsfeed. Know that you have made a difference and your company appreciates that.
- Be encouraged to report again.

Organisations can collect and analyse information needed to track performance, see trends and drive improvement plans.

The Proactively system is an efficient way of collecting and sharing information including:

- Good practice
- Observations and near misses
- Accidents and incidents
- Audits and inspections
