Not to be trusted!

I bought this app a few years ago, with a one-off payment. It worked ok until a few days ago, when I was shocked to discover that the app had simply and suddenly disappeared from my phone. When trying to reopen it, I am treated like a new customer. And the business model seems to have changed, with an annual subscription plan.

I had hundreds of sensitive photos stored in Photo Vault. All appear to have been irremediably lost. I never got a warning message from the developers, advising me of an upcoming change in their model. I was simply zapped without prior notice!

Sorry, but I will never return to this app again and I urge all existing and potential users to use extreme caution here. At the very least you should arrange for backup on a separate medium, which I was wrong not to have done.

Please try looking for a separate app on your phone called SV. We renamed the separate pro version of the app.

Faulty

I love this app but the feature of recovering a lost password just doesn’t work. I’ve supposedly sent myself about a thousand e-mails to recover my password for one of my albums but haven’t ever received it. Shame
