No update, not working. Useless Device like this

In the Beginning the app was fine. Now it says to
update to use it with iphone 13pro max. i can not connect it at all, because the app needs an update. BUT: in the app store it says: this app is not available in your country! So i paid for nothing!! Very disappointing….
