Updates for iOS 15 as well as needed updates for the iPad.

The following features have been added in this version
- Keyboard shortcut supports when using external keyboards
- Multi window support so that you can be viewing the bible while leaving our notes open
- Collection verse counts so you can see how many references you have added inside a collection
- Minimize the passage selector on iPad
- Show the search in a smaller popup box for iPad
