David Suchet is fantastic - app not so much

It is fantastic to finally have the whole bible read by a gifted actor, where the reading is not overdramatised nor is it monotonous.

The app on the other hand is extremely frustrating. Biggest annoyance is that if you listen to any length and stop it, it will go back to where you started, so unless you take a note before pausing you won’t know where you were. Also it will only start again from the start of a chapter. It also takes a while to work out how it works. If you select a verse in the quick verse selector and then hit play, it won’t actually play what is on the screen but whatever you were playing last. You have to in fact select your book, chapter and verse, then click on Audio button and hit play in that part of the app. Not very intuitive.
