Heartfulness Institute is launching an App called Nasha Mukti by Heartfulness, which provides simple Heartfulness practices help you learn to live without drugs and alcohol.

The methods presented in this app will contribute toward recovery from alcohol and drug addiction, however they are not a replacement for professional treatment approved by healthcare authorities.
