Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Adam was very fast in refunding some extra charges. He was very kind and kept me updated until the issue was finally resolved. I will continue enjoying my courses with great pleasure 😀

Will not use the service and still will be charged for 299 USD

My wife thought it was a good idea to buy me this subscription. Unfortunately after I connected a couple of times, I did not really find anything that could be of use to me. I asked for refund which was refused on the basis that it needs to be done precisely 15 days from the moment my wife pressed the button on the credit card even before I got any access!

Please be careful not to get stuck with a 299 USD subscription that you can not refund, which is my case now!

Super Kurse, aber keine Kundenorientierung

Die Mindvalley-Kurse sind wirklich sehr gut, aber die Firma hat leider überhaupt keine Kundenorientierung. Beispiel: ein laufender (!) Kurs wird plötzlich aus dem Programm genommen. Versprechungen, man könne den Kurs zu Ende führen, werden nicht eingehalten. Im Gegenteil, der Kurs wird sogar zwei Tage vor dem genannten Termin gelöscht. Auf eine Antwort auf meine Reklamation warte ich seit Wochen. Schade!
