The MI Peace App is re-imagining behavioral health for resilient youth. Whether you’re a student, parent, mental health specialist, or teacher, MI Peace has a solution for you. Learn about common behavioral health concerns, signs and symptoms, and proactive ways to manage your health. Take a brief online screening tool to assess how you’re feeling and share your findings with a behavioral health professional who will help you create a customized action plan and a network of support just for you. Access multi-media videos and interactive widgets (e.g., breathing, meditation, mindfulness) to support you along your behavioral health journey. Feel confident that you can address everyday challenges while building relationships you can rely on.
