ASSIST gives the possibility for the technician to access to the crane with WiFi on site. Via a mobile application, the technician can see the main control system information. Direct access to crane documentation, specification, catalogue, intuitive and guided troubleshooting assistance.

ASSIST now lets you access to your cranes remotely! You no longer need to connect to its network to see all its data.
Simply search for a serial number or a model and get to your crane's dashboard instantly.
This new version comes with a new set of features:
- Add your cranes to your favorite list which is shared with ACCESS
- Locate your crane on a map and send its position to your favorite GPS app
- Maintenance and operating hours information are now available
- GMA smart setup diagnostic tool will help you troubleshoot any issue when setting up your GMA
