C’est un challenge qui donne de super résultats.

Ça a l’air facile mais en fait il faut s’accrocher! Je fais régulièrement des poids. Je pensais être très fort. Cet entraînement est bluffant. Le première fois, j’ai senti des muscles que je ne savais pas avoir…
Au bout d’une dizaine de jours, j’ai augmenté mes poids à la gym de 20%. Incroyable!

Sehr zu empfehlen

Sehr gut gemachte App mit vielen Trainingseinheiten von Anfänger bis Profi. Die Trainings sind eigentlich überall durchführbar und äusserst effektiv. Mir gefällt sehr das man als einziges Equipment nir einen Ball braucht. Dadurch kann ich auch unterwegs auf Reisen effektiv trainieren.
Alles in allem top App 👍 würde ich jedem empfehlen 💪

Effective and fun workout!

The app is very well done, simple but with a lot of content and options! And the workout is fun!! Afterwards, it hurts in points where I didn’t know i had muscles 😅
