A complete, elegant and easy to use tool, to create financial amortization plans with the French and Italian methods allowing to calculate every variable.

Are you a bank or financial advisor, an entrepreneur or a private individual who needs to sign up for financing or installment purchases?

- build financial amortization plans, from the simplest to the most complex, with the French and Italian methods; it is also possible to foresee a pre-amortization period and a personalized final installment.
- calculate all the variables of the repayment plan (installment, rate, duration and initial capital), one as a function of the other. You can set a target value and adapt all other to fit your needs.
- manage repayment plans with both fixed and variable rates.
- export of the calculations performed and the plans created in text, Excel and PDF format, allowing immediate sharing via Messages, Mail, Whatsapp and AirDrop.

Plans can be calculated and built on both a monthly and daily basis.
Variable values ​​can be set simply by dragging sliders, or by typing them using the traditional numeric keypad.

No network required.

Loans Ruler has been rewritten in SwiftUI with improvements in interface and ease of use.

You can select one or more variables and graphically display their trend over time
You can also compare the behavior of the variables using different amortization methods (French and Italian) applied to the same plan.

The app is multi-document and automatically creates its folder on the iOS where documents are saved.
Document can be renamed, reopen, modified and shared directly inside the App.

Available for iPhone, iPad and Mac. Once downloaded for one device, the App is free for the other two.

The investment is one-time and there are no outlays for all future updates.
