Cannot complete the product registration

With iOS15, home wifi 2.4, and huma-i 300 own wifi, the product registration cannot be completed due to error 1010: server delay, please retry in few minutes. Same problem occurs with many temptations, even after few days. The app is therefore useless (last updated by developers several months ago, lazy band!). And the device is then worth less, because no graphic and statistics data.

UPDATE 14 October 2021:

I sent an email to Humatech explaining the problem, and received a detailed reply covering the meaning of error codes 1010 and 3000 as well as suggestions to resolve the problem (that they think it comes from my router firewall and setting).
Finally, the real problem was due to the fact that I have already registered the Huma Hi300 with another email address. So, when I sign up the app with current but different address, no connection is possible with their server because double registration is not allowed. I just did the sign-in to the app with my previous email address and everything is working fine again (graphics, real time and statistics display) both in iphone 13 Pro, and iPad Air with new iOS15.
