Hello Hotshot 17+

Hello Hotshot, LLC is a freight brokerage that serves in the smaller form trucking arena, i.e. hotshot
trucking.
For our clients, we operate the web application hellohotshot.co , where customers can obtain
quotes, access their project information, and pay invoices.
For our backend administrators, we operate a dashboard that allows users to issue quotes, match
projects with carriers, and provide updates and communications.
For our carriers, we created the mobile application, which serves the following functions :
carrier sign-up : As part of the onboarding process, we collect carrier professional information, eg.
driver’s license, insurance declarations, federal information (DoT), etc. We also collect information
about their equipment, including mandatory inspection dates. Once a carrier’s information has been
vetted, they are given access to the app.
project matching + assignment : Approved carriers are notified when their equipment matches with
the requirements of a project. They are provided with project details, including rate, mileage, and
cargo descriptors. Carriers can then decline or accept projects.
project management : Once carrier is assigned to a project, they are provided with all pertinent
details. Hello Hotshot employs an OTP system to confirm pick-up and drop-off, replacing traditional
paper exchange confirmations, making the process paperless. Carrier location is shared with clients
once pick-up is confirmed via OTP provided by client. At drop-off destination, carrier is provided
with an OTP to confirm successful delivery, thus ending carrier location sharing. If carrier encounters
delays while on a project, they can use the app to notify Hello Hotshot administrators, who provide
appropriate updates to affected parties.
compliance monitoring + document distribution : Carriers are notified of upcoming expiry dates and
related compliance infractions. Carriers can send compliance documents directly to auditors upon
request.
track earnings : Carriers can track their lifetime earnings and review specifics from completed
projects.
carrier profile : Carriers can update equipment, compliance, and contact information.
