A scam app, please avoid using it

Extremely poor experience. I have paid for 6 sessions upfront, but a therapist did not show up in the call due to technical reasons. Following this, I contacted the support asking to stop my membership and give the money I paid for those 6 sessions. Unfortunately, no one ever replied to my emails.

I sincerely apologize for the missed session and the delay in responding to you. I want to assure you that such occurrences are rather rare and we do our best to prevent it. We've processed a full refund for the six prepaid sessions, and you can expect the amount in your account shortly.

We've also taken measures to prevent such occurrences in the future and to improve our support response time.
