Through this app trainers can add their clients, create custom packages based on the needs of their clients, create workouts and schedule with clients all through this app. Clients and Trainers can interact using instant messaging and prepare for mutually agreed plans for their workouts.

Clients can review the packages, workouts and schedule sent by their trainers.

Schedules of training sessions are seamlessly synchronized for both trainers and customers, saving a lot of time that they can use more towards in their workout sessions.
